The gap project works with 13-19 year olds living in the Tower Hamlets they run a
support group, for young women struggling with the issues of self injury if you would like to meet other people who understand, talk about your feelings in a safe, confidential environment, and consider other ways to deal with emotions then call or send a text the Gap Project on 075 0480 0764 to leave a confidential message.
