Feeling from the military station
To get to the border of a nation
Hoping they ‘ll project you.
But no
They just deflect you
Like a beam of light
Shining on a mirror
Shining into your eyes
Blinding you from the darkness inside
Some people come to this country
For food, shelter, health.
But no
We just deflect them
Like a beam of light
Shining on a beam of light
Shining on a mirror into your eyes.
Blinding you from the darkness inside
Most people – be like me:
Don’t deflect the refugee.
Then you will see what a refugee can be.
