Central Foundation Girls School

GCSE Art and Design project 2006 

This GCSE project started in year 10. The theme of the project was habitat. Through this theme the student’s produced work on the city and the place they live in. Students also looked at female artist such as Claris Cliff. Then in year 11 the students choose one of those artists and worked on their project based on the artist.

Jacky Arnold, one of the leading teachers describes the GCSE project:
Tthe students have produced some very individual and personal work. The outcome of the project is very interesting.”
